Serves 4

5 cups or 1.5 lbs marion berries

¼ cup light brown sugar

¼ tsp Kosher salt

2 cups Granola

4 TBSP softened unsalted butter


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  In medium bowl, toss together berries, brown sugar, and salt.  Transfer to shallow 2 quart baking dish.
  2. Re-use the same medium bowl, and using your hands mix granola with butter until large clumps form.  Scatter over the berries and bake until the berries are bubbling.

Serve with Vanilla ice cream or yogurt.
