In early October we hosted our final NWX Builders Guild Lottery. It was a bittersweet milestone for our development team and collection of builders, many of whom, have been building in NorthWest Crossing since the very beginning. Phase 27, a collection of 37 homesites located west of Mt. Washington Drive, sold out to our 22 builders who will build a combination of custom and spec homes. This is the last large development phase in the neighborhood. If you’re interested in speaking with a builder about your custom home in this last phase, contact Harcourts The Garner Group.

Farmstead 12 is a cluster cottage project to be built by guild builder, Eric Meloling (Meloling Construction Services), located just south of Phase 27 homesites on High Lakes Loop. Twelve small-scale, yet large-living farmhouses will  be situated around a landscape green space marked by lavender patches and raised garden beds. Classic in style, these one- and two-level homes will feature energy-saving, smart floorplans and modern amenities. The project is still in the design review stage but construction will begin in early 2018. For more information about Farmstead 12, visit Harcourts The Garner Group.

Just south of Farmstead 12 along NW Ordway Avenue will be fourteen future townhomes to be built in 2018.

Azmith 315, the workforce housing apartments slated for NW Crossing Drive and Potts Ct is close to breaking ground. Construction will begin in November with an anticipated completion in fall 2018.

Construction continues on Fremont Row, located in the NWX neighborhood center, with an anticipated completion in spring 2018.
