This NorthWest Crossing Farmers Market vendor got its start at our market back in 2011! So it’s no surprise that Bonta Natural Artisan Gelato is joining us again this season to serve up their handcrafted gelato. Owners Jeff and Juli Labhart pasteurize their own milk and cream, which very few ice cream makers do.
In addition, Bonta grinds their own nuts, makes their own extracts, and processes their own sauces. Where do many of these gelato flavor ingredients come from? Local vendors like Holm Made Toffee, Humm Kombucha, Oregon Spirit Distillers, Tumalo Lavender and Honey, Sturm Berry Farms, Miracle Acre Farm and Rainshadow Organic Farm. Many of these companies are also vendors at the market!
