Farmers Market Profile: Fearless Baking

The NorthWest Crossing Farmers Market is happy to welcome back the wholesome goodness from Fearless Baking!  Since opening their doors in 2013, Fearless Baking has been making simple, scratch made pastries. From the moment they begin baking in the early hours of the morning for the company’s wholesale accounts to preparing breakfast, lunch & coffee for individual customers, they are proud to do so fearlessly! The company specializes in both gluten free and traditional pastries, and even makes beautiful custom wedding cakes.

This year is Fearless Baking’s third time participating in the NWX Farmers Market and their whole staff is excited to particpate again. Owners Elise Kukulka and Abby Jensen say, “The farmers markets are a great way for us Fearless Bakers to talk with our customers, share samples and gather farm fresh produce for the week. The NWX Market is a wonderful community of vendors, artisans and farmers whom we look to for sourcing local, fresh ingredients for our bakery; From the flowers in our shop, to trading gluten free flour tips, fresh raspberries or marionberries for scones and vegetables for our lunch options.”
