While spring in Central Oregon can be fickle, we cheer on determined green buds on the trees and and relish in every sunny day this time of year. We celebrate the arrival of spring (often wearing down jackets and beanies) with the annual NorthWest Crossing Spring Festival, coming April 11 – 13th.
This streets of NorthWest Crossing will come alive as we utilize art, food, spirits, music and family-oriented activities to usher in spring.
