Compass Park Townhomes are located on NW Crossing Drive facing the
community's distinctive, circular Compass Park. These

NorthWest Commons is a collection of 46 distinctive
townhomes built by Sage Builders, LLC. This project is
located on both sides of NW Crossing Drive, just a
block from the 5-acre Compass Park. There are three
different floor plans, ranging in size from 1388 sq ft
to 1896 sq ft. Interior finish options include two
levels of finishes, Premium and Luxury, and each level
of finish has three color palettes to choose from.
