Several new businesses have recently opened to serve you in NorthWest Crossing's thriving neighborhood center. You don't have to go far to get everything you need!

• CC Evans Salon: Central Oregon's newest upscale destination salon provides hair, skin and nail treatments that offer a level of beauty refinement and pampered relaxation which caters to Bend's most discerning tastes. 541-385-6149

LEED PLATINUM FOR NORTHWEST CROSSING

The first home in Central Oregon to receive the prestigious LEED for Homes Platinum designation from the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) was built in the NorthWest Crossing neighborhood by SolAire Homebuilders.

This is the highest ranking for the LEED residential program and represents the greenest of the green. Cindi O'Neil of SolAire said, "Choosing NorthWest Crossing as the location for this home was a conscious decision on the part of the homeowners. They chose the lot for its southern exposure for solar access as well as the competitive price. They also loved the design of the neighborhood, and the access to multiple amenities within walking distance of the home."
