Available for custom and semi-custom homebuilding within
NorthWest Crossing as well as select spec homes from time to
time, Blue Creek Northwest may be a relatively new name to
NorthWest Crossing, but its members are not. All experienced in
their respective industries, the four members have joined
together to build you a better home with a better experience.
Ken Brodeck, Construction: Ken has built numerous homes in
NorthWest Crossing and also calls NorthWest Crossing his home.
With more than 20 years experience and 700 homes built under
his supervision throughout the Northwest, Ken was previously a
partner with Triad Homes in Central Oregon. His background is
diversified with projects ranging from entry level to
multi-million dollar custom homes. In 2009, Ken received the
Central Oregon Builders Association highly coveted Best of Show
award, as well as the Best Kitchen and Best Interior Design for
his Tour of Homes entry in NorthWest Crossing.
Jon Fahr, Design: Involved in the design of more than two dozen
homes in NorthWest Crossing, Jon has more than 25 years in

residential designs in his portfolio, Jon has spent his most
recent years concentrating on residential designs for clients
in the Northwest and Southwest. He is well versed in today's
residential design technology and was the Governor of Oregon's
appointment to the Construction Claims Task Force as the
Residential Design Expert in 2005-2007. Familiar with the
architectural design requirements of NorthWest Crossing, Jon
