Design: From remodels
and renovations to original golf course design as part of
large-scale master planning, we have worked with many of the
world's most successful and respected developers.
Construction: Our
experience runs the gamut from supervising a single main
contractor to managing the entire build through multiple
contractors. The DMK team includes our own Shapers running our
own equipment, ensuring results whatever form of construction
suits the project.
Consulting: When a
project is at its feasibility stage or an existing course needs
a health check we can provide consulting services on a short
term basis fixed fee or on time basis to get a client the
advice and information they need.
I built my business on a reputation for being hands-on, and
even as we have added more people and more projects in more
countries one thing that has not - and will not - change is my
