For the last 30 years, John Howcroft has been building in Central Oregon and he has seen this area grow and change tremendously. However, his policy for home building has stayed the same: a very hands-on building who constructs fine homes. In fact, he strives for every house he builds to be a home that he would live in himself. John builds about two homes per year and mostly concentrates on spec homes, although he has been known to do a few custom jobs. In NorthWest Crossing, he built one craftsman-style home in Phase One, and is currently working two more in the neighborhood, one in the Tudor style and another craftsman-style home.
