Eric Meloling, owner of Meloling Construction Services, began
building homes in 1973 after serving four years in the Army.
While in the Army, he served a tour of duty with the 1st
squadron 10th U.S. Cavalry in the Center Highlands of Vietnam.
Eric became a licensed builder in California in 1978, then
obtained his Oregon license after moving to Bend in 1990. Eric
has been building about three homes a year ever since.
Being a hands-on builder and supervising all phases of the
construction process, he builds a mix of custom and spec homes
in all price ranges, mainly on Bend's Westside. The pride that
Eric puts into his homes is evident, as is his nearly 30 years
of building experience.
